Modify's existing imagery leaned heavily industrial. Strong on construction and craftsmanship, but light on what it actually feels like to live in one of their homes. To round that out, we set out to build a library that shows the lifestyle side of the brand. Warm, lived-in, and personal.

As Modify continues to build homes for their clients, we head out regularly to capture their completed projects, keeping their imagery library fresh and up to date as new builds are finished. Most recently, we shot one of their builds out at Paradise, capturing the finished home in its element, surrounded by native gums. The shoot covered everything from architectural detail (steel cladding, timber decking, the signature black and timber facade, outdoors and the herringbone backsplash and thoughtfully positioned windows that flood the space with natural light, indoors) through to lifestyle shots that show what it actually feels like to live in a Modify home.

The result is a growing library of imagery that captures the brand's premium but down to earth feel. Quality construction, honest materials, and a home that sits naturally in its landscape, ready to be repurposed across Modify's social media and website.
