Social Media Management
South Australia's Murraylands might seem an unlikely place to reinvent home building, but that's just what Modify has spent twenty years doing. When the family-owned business came to us for a rebrand and new website, the brief was clear: modernise the brand without losing the honest, no-nonsense character that had built its reputation.
A twenty-year reputation is worth protecting, but it can also be a hard thing to modernise. Modify needed a brand and a website that reflected where the business was headed, not just where it had been, without losing the qualities that had earned them their name in the first place.
As an Adelaide branding and web design agency, we worked with Modify across brand identity, website design and development, photography, videography and social media content to create a cohesive digital presence built for where the business is heading next. The result is a refreshed brand and high-converting Webflow website that positions Modify for growth beyond the Murraylands, while keeping its distinctly South Australian identity at the heart of the business.

Before a single page was designed, we went back to first principles. A custom logotype and colour palette were developed to feel modern and considered, without losing the honest, no-frills quality that Modify's hard earned reputation was built on. Every choice, from the mark itself to the tone of voice behind it, was about striking a balance between being professional enough to compete in a broader market, but still unmistakably Modify. The result is a brand that reads as confident and considered without tipping into corporate, one that feels just as at home on a work site as it does on a modern, polished website.

Content Capture
Modify's website is their complete shopfront. With no traditional brick and mortar store, it had a lot of heavy lifting to do. Not just representing the brand, but making sure leads flowed effectively through to the sales team. That meant the website couldn't just look the part, it had to work as hard as Modify's product does. A high quality build deserved an equally high-quality digital experience, so the expectation set online lined up with what customers found when they got there.
As a Webflow Agency, we built Modify's custom website on a platform that gave us the flexibility to match the ambition of the brand. It's easy for the Modify team to manage day to day, and built on a scalable CMS as the business grows into new markets. The design itself leaned into clean, considered layouts, letting the quality of Modify's builds do the talking, while a clear, conversion-focused structure and responsive design guided visitors from first impression through to enquiry. For a modular home builder competing in a market that's often crowded with cookie-cutter sites, that combination of strong brand identity, thoughtful UX, and smart structure was what set Modify apart.

Photography
Beyond the website itself, all of the photography and videography you see throughout this project was produced in-house by our team, from several dedicated shoots capturing Modify's recent builds as well as at their head office and warehouse to highlight their materials and people in a way that stock imagery never could. This new content library gave Modify's site a fresh, elevated visual identity, and was repurposed to fuel the ongoing social media content we curate for them, ensuring the same quality and brand feel carried seamlessly from the website through to Facebook and Instagram. That consistency matters for a brand built on trust: the Modify customers meet online is the same one they meet on site.

Content Capture
It's this kind of end to end approach that let us deliver a cohesive experience for Modify, rather than a series of disconnected touchpoints. Brand identity, web design and build, content production, and social strategy, all under one roof. That approach meant every part of the project, from the angles in the logotype to the tone of an Instagram caption, was pulling in the same direction.

Content Capture
The result is a high-converting website and refreshed brand identity that has helped put Modify on the map as a trusted South Australian provider of a new generation of portable home buildings.
For us, the project is a good example of what happens when branding, web design, content and digital strategy are considered as one connected system. From the visual identity through to the Webflow website and ongoing social content, every touchpoint was designed to communicate the same thing: a confident, modern business with twenty years of experience behind it.
